Due to evolving requirements, Norship is actively seeking applications from Engineers (Naval Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) for a range of exciting projects.
Duties may include: Assist in Technical Risk Management; Coordination and conduct of Technical engineering Activities; Development of modification proposals; Development of repair specifications; Development of technical advice notifications; Development of drawings and other engineering design artefacts; Maintenance / Development of Technical Publications and technical writing; Recording and ensuring traceability of engineering decisions; Assist in Engineering support planning, budgeting, scheduling, auditing, and reporting; Administration and maintenance of configuration change management in accordance with approved processes and procedures; Administration and maintenance of Data Management System and workflows; Creation, modification, and implementation of ILS data and artefacts; Conduct Physical Configuration Audits and reports; Liaise with area managers and workers to co-ordinate completion of documentation; Prepare and compile the final report/s for assigned projects and/or departments; Analyse documentation and ensure that tasks have been completed as required and in accordance with the applicable requirements and standards. Persons with a background in marine/maritime engineering in a technical capacity are strongly urged to apply.
