About this opportunity
As the Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need by efficiently rostering our team of casual caregivers. You will be responsible for managing a fortnightly roster while maintaining and adjusting it daily to meet the evolving needs of our clients and caregivers. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to coordinate with both staff and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules using our Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure that all clients receive the services that they have requested and are matched with a compatible caregiver.
2. Provide phone support to Client Services and Administration team, including participating in a rotating on-call roster (on-call allowance and penalty rates apply).
3. Support the Administration Team to meet operational goals and activities.
About you:
1. Experience in Aged Care, scheduling or rostering, or an understanding of the SCHADS Award are ideal.
2. Be personable, approachable, reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in computer use, including standard office software such as the MS Office Suite and general admin skills are essential.
4. Applicants must have permanent right to work in Australia with no restrictions.
