About the Role
Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health interventions to young people experiencing mild to moderate challenges as a Senior Mental Health Clinician at headspace Warrnambool.
Manage a diverse caseload, deliver therapeutic care, and guide a multidisciplinary team, fostering culturally inclusive and youth-centred services.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced mental health interventions for young people.
* Manage risk effectively, including suicide and violence risk.
* Provide clinical supervision and skill development.
* Understand and apply relevant legislation and policies.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Qualifications in social work, psychology, mental health nursing, or occupational therapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, or another Allied Mental Health authority.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Desirable: Eligibility as an Allied Mental Health Professional to provide Medicare-funded psychological therapies.
