Role Overview - Business Development Officer
As the NDIS Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing our service offerings. You will engage with various stakeholders, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications & experience -
* Proven experience in a Business Development/Operations Management role and experience working in the Disability Industry.
* Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative frameworks.
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities within the NDIS framework.
* Develop and implement business strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to tailor communication styles based on the audience.
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and clarity in both internal and external communications.
* Excellent team player with the ability to assist and collaborate with colleagues.
* Capability to complete tasks efficiently and within assigned timeframes.
* Relevant qualifications in business, social work, or healthcare are advantageous.
