Responsibilities
* First point of contact for up to 150 calls daily
* Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Maintain accurate inbound call and visitor logs
* Manage meeting and boardroom bookings, organise transport and couriers, and maintain office supplies inventory
* Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
* Train Admin Assistants on reception duties and contribute to operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
* Professional frontline presentation
* Experience in a similar high-volume incoming call role within a corporate or legal environment
* Strong foundation in administration and clerical tasks within a similar setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed and 95% accuracy
* Proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally while adapting seamlessly to independent and team environments
