Join our team as a Senior Research Officer and lead the delivery of cutting-edge research projects within the Monash Partners Comprehensive Cancer Consortium (MPCCC) program. This pivotal role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across MPCCC partner organizations to manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious results. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of research projects, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project methodologies, timelines, and budgets Provide expert advice on project matters and facilitate change management initiatives Collaborate with Steering Groups and contribute to strategic clinical research projects, including data linkage and Molecular Tumour Board (MTB) support services Manage clinical research activities in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ensuring high-quality data collection and management Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, facilitating smooth project execution through networking and collaboration Key Skills and Experience: Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant clinical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, or oncology research Proven experience managing large datasets and clinical research databases Expertise in clinical trials, including regulatory, ethics, and governance requirements Excellent project management skills with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills Contribute to life-changing research initiatives at MPCCC.
