The Customer Service Agent will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with customers and the wider community, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for all.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver excellent service that meets RATP Dev standards.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
* Maintain a professional image in dress, appearance, and conduct.
* Assist customers with special needs to ensure a positive experience.
* Monitor passenger flow and take corrective action to improve convenience.
**Station Operations**
* Efficiently perform delegated duties to support station operations.
* Manage areas such as station premises, barriers, platforms, and signal boxes.
* Assist with boarding and ensure smooth transit for passengers.
**Station Presentation**
* Maintain station cleanliness and hygiene to meet RATP Dev standards.
* Use appropriate cleaning equipment to uphold a positive public image.
* Support environmental protection through effective work practices.
**Security**
* Adhere to RATP Dev security policies and procedures.
* Monitor and respond to safety incidents, including CCTV surveillance.
* Safeguard cash, valuables, and station property.
**Emergency Response**
* Review and follow the station emergency plan.
* Maintain emergency equipment and ensure readiness.
* Respond to emergencies, including operational delays, natural disasters, and evacuations.
* Manage crowd control and alternative transport arrangements when needed.
