This position provides administration support for recruitment processes, including process and policy advice, preparation of advertisements and employment paperwork using various in-house systems.
You will take responsibility for:
1. Provision of administration support for the recruitment process.
2. Providing professional customer/client support.
3. Accurately completing data entry into relevant in-house recruitment systems.
4. Processing and finalising selection processes for positions.
5. Prioritising and coordinating activities in a team environment to meet established timeframes.
6. Providing advice on recruitment and selection processes while applying policy and award interpretation.
Requirements for the role:
7. Data entry and/or high-volume processing experience in a variety of systems.
8. Previous recruitment experience would be highly regarded.
