We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for our state-of-the-art 144 bed aged care residence. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, complete front desk and administrative tasks, and support staff, residents, and their families.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday from 12 PM - 5 PM at our modern aged care facility. You should be highly organized, adaptable, discreet, and able to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and their families.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service regarding all enquiries from residents, staff, family, and friends.

* Complete full range of front desk and administrative support tasks.

* Follow up on resident and family inquiries.

Requirements
">
Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, discreet, and able to communicate effectively.
