Job Description Spread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team!
The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person.
We are seeking a caring individual to visit our elderly client in the beautiful South Coast suburb of Kiama Downs. Our client enjoys music, playing the piano and has an artistic background. She would like to meet someone artistic or who can read/play music to visit her for a cuppa and a chat.
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with.
