Permanent Role
Paying $117,832.69 - $129,758.40 + Super
The Land & Property Services Coordinator supports the City of Parramatta’s strategic property goals by assisting in the planning and implementation of land and property projects. Key responsibilities include managing property transactions, conducting research on regulations, preparing Council reports, managing budgets, and identifying development opportunities. The role requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate property data, and fostering community and customer-oriented outcomes. Additionally, the coordinator promotes continuous improvement and risk management to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with Council standards.
