The Role We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth by combining hands-on technical expertise with strong customer relationship skills. This role is ideal for someone with a background in conveyor belt installation who is now looking to leverage their industry knowledge in a commercial capacity. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with mining operators, OEMs, and contractors. Provide technical guidance on conveyor belt selection, installation, and maintenance to customers. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share. Deliver product demonstrations and training to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. About You Technical expertise - Hands-on experience installing and maintaining conveyor belts, ideally within the mining sector. Sales acumen - A track record in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Industry knowledge - Strong understanding of mining operations and material handling systems.
