Reporting to the SAP Director and supported by central functions, you will lead all aspects of Precinct delivery including construction and management of a large scale industrial estate, land acquisition, commercial negotiations, land development, infrastructure design and delivery, and asset transfers.To be successful in the role you will have Significant experience in program or project management delivering complex infrastructure projects and/or programs and leading multi-disciplinary teams.Demonstrated knowledge in program management including budget, schedule and quality control for complex and/or high capital value programs of work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills utilized in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.Essential requirement: Tertiary qualifications in property, law, engineering, program management for project delivery or equivalent experience.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in engineering, sub-division or land development projects.We will consider candidates with transferable skills, qualifications and/or experience in project/program management of Civil Engineering projects and Property Development.Applying is Easy!
