* Schedule : 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

o Rotating Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM) and extra days to cover sick/annual leave
o Flexible casual or part-time option available to suit your lifestyle.

* Experience : Retail or health related background preferred; optical experience is ideal, but we also welcome individuals looking to start a career in optics with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lens and frame selection & ordering
* Customer service and communication
* Appointment booking & triage
* Handling inquiries (phone and in person)
* Frame adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
* Basic computer operations and money handling
* Light cleaning duties
