Let us talk about the roles and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Work on software development (in C# / .NET and others) for clients in the supply chain industry or related industries. Work with the SMEs and key stakeholders to implement and test the solutions for relevant business operation challenges. Create reports, and business rules, and configure or extend the integration with external applications. Analysis of existing system architectures and technologies. Good understanding of business operations and processes. Ensure that the design and the deployment of the technical solution are aligned with the security, performance, scalability, and capacity expectations of the customer. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field. 4 years of experience in software development. Experience and knowledge of C#, .Net for at least 1 year. Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, and backend technologies. Good knowledge of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL. Hands-on experience in PowerShell and Command Line shell scripting languages Experience in the Supply Chain industry is preferable. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams Experience with source control tools (preferably Git). Unit/Integration testing experience. You have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work within a fast-paced, consulting environment. Ability to motivate and deliver results. Additional Experience (Bonus): Experience with MES is a bonus. At least working proficiency in other languages (for example, Python, Javascript/ TypeScript, Angular, Java, REST API, or other related languages) is a bonus. Operations intelligence modules (Dashboards, Power BI, Data Warehouse). Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Swarm / Kubernetes). Basic integrations and custom development.
