We are seeking Registered Nurses who can provide expert, patient-centred nursing care in a high-pressure Emergency Department setting.
The Team:The Emergency Department team at Launceston General Hospital (LGH) consists of highly skilled emergency physicians, nurses, paramedics, and support staff who collaborate to provide urgent and life-saving care to the community.
The team utilises advanced medical protocols to assess, stabilise, and treat patients with acute conditions, ranging from trauma to medical emergencies.
Working closely with other departments and community health services, they ensure timely escalation and transfer of critical patients to appropriate care levels.

Details of appointment:Multiple Permanent, full time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

Salary:$78,179 to $105,995 per annum (Pro rata).
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455- $105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
