Our Responsibilities will include: Provide a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails. Process customer orders and payments. Establish new accounts. Assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity. Perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments. To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Customer Service experience is essential (previous experience in a call centre will be highly regarded) Enthusiastic with a Can-Do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. High problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution. Strong computer skills - including Excel.
