About the Role
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, overseeing all marketing and sales activities, team management, sales performance, compliance, continuous improvement and expanding 2K Elevation’s market presence.
This role demands a combination of strong leadership skills, business insight, and a thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Partner with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with 2K Elevation's goals and achieving business objectives.
2. Performance Metrics: Implement and track performance metrics to keep the business on course for its goals. Set and oversee key sales metrics to ensure company targets are achieved.
3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth with effective sales tactics and market expansion. Monitor sales targets and company profitability to ensure 2K Elevation meets its revenue goals.
4. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve high performance and meet KPI targets. Communicate daily with staff to ensure campaign targets are met, including session-by-session updates and troubleshooting. Oversee the recruitment process of sales employees.
5. Operational Efficiency: Ensure that the company operates efficiently and effectively, creating, managing processes and systems.
6. Client & Third-Party Relations: Be responsible for maintaining relationships and the development of 2K Elevation’s client & third-party providers.
7. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
8. Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Train sales representatives on key data-driven insights to achieve overall sales objectives.
9. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches. Initiate, lead, and drive initiatives and process improvements within Customer Service, Quality, and the wider Operations departments.
10. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
* Demonstrated track record of developing sales strategies and leading teams to exceed revenue targets.
* Proven management or leadership skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel across Australia when required.
