Join C&K as an Early Childhood Pedagogy Advisor Are you passionate about shaping the future of early childhood education? At C&K, we’re looking for a Early Childhood Pedagogy Advisor to support our amazing Children’s Services team and childcare centres across Queensland. We are looking for applicants with strong communication and interpersonal skills who will use a range of leadership strategies and be able to engage with different teaching teams and committees. You will be drawing on your knowledge and experience in a range of early childhood areas including pedagogy and practice, inclusion, wellbeing, curriculum and strategic planning as you support and inspire centre teams across our region. Contemporary knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and a practical understanding of curriculums and the NQS is essential for this role. Fixed term 12 month contract - Full time Applicants must be prepared to travel across the C&K centres located across QLD Access to phone, laptop, fleet vehicle, professional development, training, and support 6 weeks annual leave Join us as an Early Childhood Pedagogy Advisor: Excellence in Early years’ Education: Providing evidence-based expert advice and assistance in curriculum, education, and early childhood practice to support services/programs to deliver excellence in early years’ education. Support all services to progress in their quality improvement journey and co-create welcoming learning places and spaces that promote a sense of belonging. Wellbeing and Inclusion: Support the implementation of C&K's wellbeing and inclusion programs, to enable the delivery of high-quality early childhood services and programs in line with C&K's vision, values, and strategic priorities. Leadership and Mentoring: Strengthen and engage in local partnerships to support early learning and care in a range of contexts. Advocate for the value and importance of early childhood education. Support and Coordination: Provide tailored centre support and professional learning opportunities through centre visits, workshops, phone conversations, and online connections that will lead to positive change for all children and families.
