YOUR Role will see you responsible for the efficient allocation and scheduling of field services, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to specification. You will maintain accurate records, liaise with installers and customers, and keep everything running smoothly with a focus on quality, safety, and service delivery. You will work closely with both field and office teams to manage schedules, coordinate resources, and handle customer inquiries, all while ensuring high standards of service.
YOUR Experience includes:
* Proven experience in field scheduling, allocations, or a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* A solid understanding of workplace safety and experience with OHS procedures.
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experience with scheduling or job management software.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work.
