PHE's Mining division is looking for a talented QA/QC Inspector to join the team. This role will report to the Construction Manager and will ensure consultation of appropriate stakeholders is undertaken while providing oversight of our direct labour force on allocated projects which are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.This role will be based at a remote mine site in the Northern Territory on a 2 & 1 roster with 12-hour days.YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:Promote/ensure safe work practices on the job and abide by all WH&S & Environmental Acts and RegulationsAssist in the development, and management of Handover Work packs, ITP's and FTR'sMaintain Electrical Worker & Calibration RegisterManufacturers Data Report developmentInterpreting drawings, plans and diagrams of electrical installations and circuitry.Verification of Red-line drawing accuracy.Participate in client punch list walkdownsLiaise and report to external ClientsTo coordinate and promote Continuous Quality ImprovementABOUT YOU:Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro TechHold a Current NT Electrical LicenceWhite / Blue Construction CardCurrent Driver's LicenceHigh Risk Work Licence with WP classWorking at Heights certificateMinimum 2 years experience working as a QA QC E&I Inspector, Electrical Supervisor, Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical Control Engineer or equivalent;Strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and quality;Attention to detail;The ability to meet targets under pressure;The Ability to read and interpret construction and commissioning schedulesExcellent communication skills, both written and oral;Computer literacy and a willingness to learn and apply corporate software systemsAssist in the delivery of commissioning works to meet project schedules and within budget.ABOUT US:PHE has 50 years' history providing safe, rewarding, long-term employment in regional and remote areas.
