About Pyramid Residential Care Centre:
Pyramid Residential Care Centre is a charitable organisation developed by community, for the benefit of community. As a not-for-profit organisation, our facility financially depends on its own fundraising activities, residents’ contributions and Commonwealth Government subsidies.
The Centre is a custom designed and built facility, offering 76 high care needs beds for residents and is located just 20 minutes south of Cairns in Gordonvale.
PRCC has recently expanded residential care accommodation at the Centre with significant investment being made into our facility’s infrastructure, our team and the quality of our service. It is a very exciting and challenging time to be involved!
Our Mission Statement:
* To provide broad based quality of care for our residents in every facet of their care;
* To strive for quality of life for our residents;
* To provide a friendly, homelike environment which is welcoming and inclusive;
* To continue improving our facility, equipment and services according to the needs of our residents.
About the Position
We are looking to attract a career-minded Aged Care professional to fill the position of Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) in our leadership team.
Operationally, the CCC will coordinate and oversee the delivery of clinical care services across the centre. The position works closely with PRCC’s Quality and Clinical Manager, our clinical and care staff to ensure the organisation delivers an exceptional service to residents which meets the Aged Care Quality Standards and statutory obligations relevant to residential care service providers.
More broadly, as an integral part of PRCC’s leadership team, the CCC will contribute to defining and implementing sustainable business strategy that meets the needs of current and future residence.
About You

Alternately, as a result of the experience you have gained as an RN in the Aged Care sector, you are able to demonstrate the underpinning knowledge and leadership skills required of the position and you are looking to take that next step in your career.
