The role Lead and manage specified projects in line with contemporary project management methodologies to support the design and delivery of learning and development products and initiatives to the Queensland Health workforce. You will promote and ensure the use of appropriate project management and change management techniques, methodologies and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered. You will prepare and disseminate high quality project documentation including project management plans and materials while providing advice and guidance to stakeholders and senior management. The successful person You will have demonstrated: Experience in the design and delivery of workforce capability and leadership development programs and initiatives within a large, complex organisation. Experience in the development, implementation and ongoing management of technology-enabled projects that support the delivery of workforce capability and leadership development programs and initiatives within a large, complex organisation. Ability to manage the procurement, contract management and strategic partner relationship of external contractors and vendors in the provision of workforce capability and leadership development products and services. Ability to provide authoritative advice to senior management on a range of complex learning and development issues with the ability to prepare submissions, briefings and reports. Consultative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and an ability to deal with the needs and concerns of, clients and stakeholders, particularly within the context of the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
