Your tasks
1. Actively participate to the look ahead planning and address potential risks on schedule and detailed technical installation sequence.
2. Prepare measurement and inspection reports.
3. Coordinate inspections with the site management team members.
4. Program the laser tracker (FARO, total station…) to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
5. Conduct measurements according to the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
6. Collect and analyze data obtained during measurements.
7. Identify deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
8. Support the team in overseeing the installation of hydro-turbines and related equipment at site.
Your profile
9. Diploma in Engineering Technology (Geomatic, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent industry experience.
10. Previous demonstrated experience in operating laser tracker equipment in the construction industry or similar industries.
11. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
12. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and precise measurements.
13. Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
14. Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions.
15. Proficiency in using measurement software and associated data analysis tools.
16. Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
17. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
Site conditions
18. A typical roster of days in, 7 days out.
19. A typical work schedule of hours per day, 7 days per week.
