You will lead the charge in maximising online sales, enhancing the user experience, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Success in this role will require technical expertise in managing backend e-commerce platforms, product uploads, and content management.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify and third-party marketplaces), ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience.Implement and manage new site features, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee integrations.Maintain accurate and engaging website content, including product descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.Conduct regular product uploads and ensure content is optimised for backend e-commerce functionality.Utilise strong Excel skills to analyse site performance, manage data, and improve inventory and pricing strategies.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, implementing segmentation and A/B testing to optimise performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure fresh and engaging content is consistently updated across platforms.Coordinate with warehouse operations to manage inventory and product availability effectively.This role will best suit a candidate with:2+ years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce platforms.Expertise in product uploads, content management, and backend e-commerce operations.Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms (preferred).A solid understanding of e-commerce trends and marketing strategies.Experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industries (preferred).A degree in Marketing or a related field is highly desirable.CultureJoin a vibrant and inclusive team of passionate individuals from around the world.
