As part of the Electronic Warfare team, our Product Manager is responsible for defining client requirements, presenting hardware and software solutions, and navigating the systems engineering process in support of clients and projects. In this small multidisciplinary team, you will work with the Lead Technician to ensure technical solutions and standards are consistent between product lines and that the team is supported. Specifically, you will:Understand the clients requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.Support the development of electronic systems, hardware and software solutions.Translate client requirements into technical and non-technical guidance for the EW Team.Complete projects and tasking within cost, schedule and performance guidelines.Perform other directed tasks within skills, competency, experience, and capabilities.Skills & ExperienceExperience with radio frequency design, development, and tools or electronic warfare engineering.An understanding of engineering development tools.Ability to work with technically proficient team members.Ability to communicate technical details and challenges to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative approach both within the team and across Business Units to develop solutions.Ability to perform and demonstrate resilience within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.Qualifications and Eligibility CriteriaTo be eligible for this position you must:Experience developing and/or analysing radio frequency systems (desirable).Be an Australian citizen with an AGSVA NV2 clearance or higher (or eligible and willing to undergo the process).Be Your Best You at PentenPenten is a proud equal employment workplace committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, reflective of the community in which we live, work and play.
