We are currently seeking a temporary Canteen Manager and/or Catering Assistant to work at our client's School facility in Bathurst, NSW. This position is being offered on a temporary contract basis with part-time hours expected. There is potential for a permanent ongoing contract for the right candidate.
Essential Skills and Experience
* A strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
* The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Professionalism and respect toward students and staff
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Key Requirements
* Fully qualified Food Safety Supervisor
* Ability to cater for allergies and dietary requirements
* Valid Class C Drivers licence
* Paid Working with Children's Check
* Current Police Check Clearance
Deseirable Criteria
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
* Commercial Cookery Qualifications or Certificate III or higher
