Melbourne, Sydney Wealth Management Contract or Temporary Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm seeking a KYC Data consultant for an initial 12-month contract with the view to extend or transition into permanent. This role can be performed in either of our client’s Sydney or Melbourne offices. This position lies with the Account Management Team, a team responsible for ensuring that Know Your Client (KYC) documentation throughout the client lifecycle is maintained and complies with the firm’s global standards, as well as any additional local regulatory requirements. Key Accountabilities Review client platform access requests and conduct data consistency checks across firm client data systems to support the launch of our client’s Private Wealth Management Mobile App. Handle client and sales onboarding requests to a new integrated instant messaging platform, ensuring client data aligns with firm records. Handle client’s first-time activation requests to onboard to electronic signature solution. This includes checking client eligibility and client contact details on firm systems. Assist AMT with defining local requirements to document procedure updates and facilitate platform enhancements. Support UAT to facilitate process rollout. Key Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience – degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking is a plus. At least 1 year’s professional experience in the Banking sector – candidates with less experience may be considered. Desired Qualities and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
