This role will provide leadership for the service team(s) growing their market share & executing a growth strategy in line with the company's vision.What's in it for you: Leadership role where you can dictate the performance of the Service Delivery in region for one of the best companies within the HVAC industry.Direct access to a highly supportive leadership team invested in mentoring future leaders within the company offering PROVEN progression.Join a high-performing team within the HVAC industry with ambitious growth plans and a commitment to excellence, L&D & innovation.Work with talented professionals in a culture that values service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.Diverse role covering Strategy, Development, Service Delivery, Customer management, Leading a team of 8/10 technicians, Staff management and development.Cross functional exposure working closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance etc.Shape the long-term success of the region, collaborating closely with established clients who have a national footprint.Manage and support a dynamic team of Service Technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team productivity, and client satisfaction.Take full accountability for the branch budget, overseeing all financial aspects, including P&L, cost management, and setting financial goals in line with company targets.Collaborate closely with the GM to ensure the HVAC service operations run optimally and meet client expectations consistently.Work with the GM to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within HVAC, Chillers & Control services, as well as explore new market segments through strategic partnerships.Lead the service division to achieve high levels of operational efficiency, including oversight of the sales department and adherence to KPIs.Set and manage departmental goals and budgets, aligning them with the strategic vision to drive growth within HVAC services.Oversee contract P&L and financial planning, including contract renewals, quoting, and reporting.Provide regular, KPI-driven reports to the GM and Directors to track performance and areas for improvement.Requirements: HVAC Expertise: A strong background in HVAC with experience managing service delivery teams - ideally 10 years + industry experience.Leadership: Proven ability to oversee operations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and team productivity - Ideally 5 years + managerial experience.Financial Acumen: Competency in P&L management, budget oversight, and aligning financial objectives with departmental growth.Performance Management: Ability to monitor, analyze, and improve department performance in alignment with business strategies.Client-Focused: Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal team collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
