About the role and you!
The role of Group Partnership Manager (Melbourne) will report to the National Partnership Director, and you will play an integral role in managing all aspects of successful campaign management across a portfolio of key clients. You will also lead the Melbourne partnership team to drive success across the Melbourne Commercial Team.
In this role, you will bring your relevant experience to lead SEN’s top tier clients, ensuring campaigns are implemented are on time, on budget, to the highest service level to ensure exceptional execution. As Group Partnership Manager, you will expand your existing industry knowledge to build extensive knowledge of SEN and its media assets to ensure all campaigns across the group are executed with minimal errors, all client queries can be answered and all campaign opportunities maximised. Communicating with, hosting and presenting to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, will be key to your role. You will be the leader of the Melbourne partnership team, bringing a client focused, professional and solutions-focused approach to solve complex challenges, juggle expectations, manage workloads and find efficiencies across the group.
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have 5+ years previous campaign management / commercial experience within radio, media or similar;
* Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables.
* Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas
* Be a team player and natural leader with prior experience managing direct reports
* Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage your time and multiple projects at a time
* Have a significant track record for strategic thinking and creating innovative solutions
* Be eager to identify, own and deliver process efficiencies for the group
* Have experience within a media and / or advertising agency or similar marketing role
* Have a passion for sport and / or media
