is fundamental to ensuring robust and effective clinical governance structures, systems and processes are in place, and continuously improving the clinical data lifecycle, including data governance, analysis, identification of emerging risks, and reporting.You'll actively partner with our Business Services in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong to provide leadership, expert advice, and support to continuously improve clinical outcomes for our consumers.How will I help?As the Clinical Performance Manager, you'll foster a culture of clinical safety, learning and continuous improvement by supporting business services to embed the requirements of the APAC Clinical Governance Framework.Responsibilities include:Managing the clinical data lifecycle, including data governanceAnalyzing clinical data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practicesDeveloping and implementing clinical performance metrics in collaboration with business unitsResearching literature on benchmarking within published best practicesPartnering with APAC Business Services to ensure robust clinical governance structures and processesPreparing comprehensive clinical reports and papers for Clinical Governance CommitteesLeading and undertaking clinical audits, reviews, and investigations across APACReviewing clinical critical incidents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure environment – this role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid working approach.What do I need?As Clinical Performance Manager, you'll require:Tertiary qualification in a relevant health-related field with current professional AHPRA registration and at least six years of clinical experienceA qualification/experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, clinical audit, healthcare risk management or equivalent and clinical performance data management is highly desirableCommitment to promoting evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-makingStrong analytical skills to analyze and interpret clinical and operational data and develop insights to identify and monitor clinical performance improvement initiativesProficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including PowerBI for data analysis and visualizationStrong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), influencing and relationship management skills, to effectively work with, appropriately challenge, and positively influence senior management and cliniciansProven ability to prepare comprehensive reports on clinical performance and safety systemsDemonstrated ability to work
