Being part of this fast-paced team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sales administrative process, whilst simultaneously providing 6-star customer service to the teams’ clientele.The successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in real estate, and a strong administration foundation. You will have experience drafting documentation accurately (including Form 6’s) to ensure compliance and efficiency in the sales process. You will be able to manage multiple priorities and have strong organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met. This is a great opportunity for a results driven individual that wants plenty of variety.Role and ResponsibilitiesAgent support functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;Extensive diary management, ensuring maximum efficiency for team workflow;Coordinating bookings and materials, as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;Email management and agenda creation for team meetings;General tasks as requested by the Lead Agent;Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agents listings;Self-managing day to day tasks;Liaising with clients and providing memorable customer service experiences.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role is desirable;A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently;Exceptional organisation and time management skills;Excellent communication skills;Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;QLD Registration Certificate is advantageous.Why Place New Farm?At Place, we work hard but we also recognise the importance of a fun work culture.
