The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking Expression of Interests from highly motivated Technical Service Engineer with Defence industry experience.
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients various environment and providing L3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
1. Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
2. Third Party Vendor Engagement
3. Participate in client projects when required
4. Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
5. Develop and update Detailed level design
6. Participate in out of hours activities as required
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Essential:
7. Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
8. Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
9. Demonstrated Knowledge & experience in Red Hat Linux
10. Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
11. Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2019
12. Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Citrix Studios & Director
13. Proficiency in advanced scripting
14. ITIL V3/V4 certification
15. NV2 security clearance is required
Desirable:
16. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
17. Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
