As the Senior Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Pharmacy Administration section and the broader Division. Under the general guidance of the Office Manager, you’ll provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and reception services, contributing to the efficient functioning of the team. In this diverse role, you will also act as Executive Officer Support to key committees, including the SALHN Drug and Therapeutics Committee and the Formulary Implementation Committee. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and state-wide committees, you’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery of secretarial services, educational materials, and project support. * Skills and Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
* Experience : Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative and clerical support, including committee secretarial duties, preparation of reports and correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and processes.
* Teamwork and Leadership : Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings, supervise and train staff, and adapt to changing systems and methods with a positive attitude.
* Knowledge : Sound understanding of general administrative procedures, medical terminology, customer service principles, and Work Health & Safety practices.
