Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)
Salary: $31.74p/h to $32.56p/h + Super + km allowance

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers (65 years old +) to help them live independently & remain within their own homes.
Service areas: Albury, Wodonga, Thurgoona, Lavington, and surrounding areas
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time contracts available offering on average 20-40 hours per fortnight + Flex Up shifts
Key Requirements:
* 12 months+ experience and/or completed a Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / completed 1st year of a Nursing degree
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7 am - 6 pm
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a reliable comprehensive insured vehicle
* Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
* Ability to commit to our PAID 2 week Brilliant@Basics training and induction program when you first commence
Your key duties as an Experienced Carer:
* Personal Care: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
* Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores around the house
* Social support: transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping, and providing emotional support and companionship
* Administration: reporting and progress notes

* Disability support worker
* Community Services care worker
* Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
* Nurse
