Experience and Qualification requirement: Senior Business Analyst--Credit RiskYou will need to identify and manage risk according to delivery framework, policies and project governance and will report to the Scrum Master or Delivery Lead. Must have prior experience in Banking or finance/regulatory reporting.Professional Experience:Leading and owning business analysis activities, end to end and to provide specialist support for a multitude of projects.Gathering information, documenting and analyzing business needs, to produce quality requirements.Effectively communicates requirements to stakeholders, manage conflicts.Breaking down business requirements into epics, features and stories, writing, validating and estimating user stories, mapping current and future business processes.Facilitate workshops and training sessions at any stage of a project.
