As the Interior & Events Manager, you will oversee the Interior operations of the Ahoy Club Fleet Management fleet, ensuring that all vessels and storage facilities are impeccably maintained and equipped.
You will also manage the inventory and warehouse, maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, you will be the point of contact for all Interior Stewardesses to provide training and guidance while ensuring AFCM high standards are maintained by the Interior Crew.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Alongside the Charter Operations Manager, oversee the management of our inventory and warehouse, ensuring accurate records, efficient stock control and distribution.
Implementing processes such as physical inventory counts and reconciling inventory data with inventory management systems.Budgeting and Cost Control: Maintaining interior-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining our high standards.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our vessels to ensure interior standards are met and identify areas for improvement.Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of interior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless interior operations.
Coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
Ensuring all Interior checklists and maintenance plans are being updated and up to date while working with the Chief Stewardesses.Communication: Liaise with the Yacht Manager, Charter Operations Manager, crew, and owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Updating Teams with relevant information each day.Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.Event Management: Assist with large events on the vessels and residences with Event logistics, working closely with the Chief Stewardesses and Managers to provide seamless service and guest experience.Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience onboard Superyachts.Education: Experience in inventory management, budgeting, accounting and staff management.Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
