We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to provide support to the Rental Account Representative for our rental fleet.
Reporting to the?Manager - Rental,?you will be required to: Raise accurate and thorough rental contracts Manage area rentals; review and action monthly invoicing schedule Engage Vendors to complete transport of rental machines Engage Rental Service Department to complete fleet pre- and post-rent machine checks Support Rental Account Representative – Submit quotes for hire of equipment Follow up rental enquiries and liaise with customers About You You will have previous experience in a similar?Rental?Coordination?role in the DRY hire rental business,? ideally within the earthmoving industry.
You will have exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail and positive attitude!
