We are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Support Officer to join the dynamic team Your new companyBased in Port Hedland, the Company is committed to excellence, safety and innovation.Your new roleWe are seeking a dedicated Senior IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing world-class services.ICT Helpdesk Support:Provide level 1 and level 2 support for employees, external clients, and stakeholders.Administer and support Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, and other ICT infrastructure applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office equipment, multifunctional devices, video conferencing, mobile computing (i.e., iPhone), and desk phones.Manage standard operating environments, including packaging, testing, and deploying applications and workstation patching.Support MS operating systems, office applications, and hardware/software deployment using the ICT helpdesk.Configure, install, monitor, and support the ICT environment with high-level technical expertise.Prepare, coordinate, and deliver ICT user inductions and training.ICT Asset Management and Procurement:Maintain records and databases for hardware and software licences, assets, asset disposal, warranties, and service agreements.Procure ICT assets in line with procurement processes, including hardware, software, and licence renewals.Recommend hardware and software purchases to the ICT Service Desk & GRC Superintendent.Report and log vulnerabilities and threats to assets in the ICT register.Business Systems Support:Provide level 1 and level 2 applications support for business systems.Perform essential maintenance and equipment installations.Liaise with vendors to report and escalate faults.Collaborate with infrastructure teams on project implementation and initiatives.Other Duties:Provide after-hours ICT support as requested.Perform other tasks as directed by the ICT Service Desk & GRC Superintendent.What you'll need to succeed Proven success in troubleshooting level 1 and level 2 requests across Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.Knowledge and experience in VMware, Networking, and Microsoft server technologies.Understanding of IT asset manufacturers and products, including Microsoft technologies, Apple devices, and Dell hardware.Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in providing helpdesk support across geographically dispersed offices and teams.The ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and prioritise tasks.Highly developed customer service skills in a client-focused service provider environment.Experience in creating clean, accurate, and concise data reports.WA Driver's LicenceFull working rights to work in AustraliaWhat you'll get in return Permanent on-going positionCompetitive salary and relocation allowance paidBased in Port HedlandWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to ******, or call us now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
