A dynamic and driven Business Development Manager is sought to support the growth mandate of our established boutique National Aggregation business.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong broker industry reputation and network, with experience in recruitment, portfolio management, and business coaching. They will be responsible for managing existing broker members, recruiting new members, and driving settlement outcomes to meet business targets and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Recruiting and managing broker members
* Driving settlement outcomes to meet business targets and objectives
* Providing business coaching to self-employed brokers
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achievement, sales drive, business acumen, and a can-do attitude. They will also possess excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as strong engagement and influencing abilities.
