We have an exciting new opportunity available in our Energy division for an Administration Officer.
About the Role:This is a Maternity Leave contract (Maximum term, full time until February 2026).Monday- Friday 9.5 hour days (6:15am – 4:15pm).Site based, DarwinThis role will play a key role in Shutdown from August to October 2025.
A successful candidate will be required to work 12-hour shifts and work both, day and night shifts.

We want you to reach your potential, we'd like to help you get there.Key Responsibilities:Provide essential support with data entry, records management, and general administration tasks.Provide direct support to the Training Coordinator for all employee training and compliance.Work in collaboration with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule employee attendance to ensure online e-learning, compliance-based training and supplementary training is completed.Provide guidance to our Apprentices and Trainees, supporting their training needs and facilitating the process for signing off training completion.Support, collaborate and participate in the broad administration function with events and other administrative functions, responding to employee enquiries, data and report preparation.What you'll bring:Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.Be highly organised and thorough, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.Previous administration / office management & data entry experience is desirable.Intermediate computer skills - Demonstrated computer literacy with data entry and experience utilising systems and spreadsheets.A can-do attitude.Life at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
