Supporting our growing DTC business, we are seeking a Marketing Executive who possesses a proven track record in paid digital and has been pivotal in supporting ecommerce growth, whilst supporting a seamless online and offline customer journey.
This role has a particular focus on the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, build our fan base, drive business growth, whilst managing budgets, agency reporting, and analyzing performance metrics. This role is also key in working alongside our PR agency on content creator strategy and marketing activation support.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, with an understanding of the competitor landscape and consumer behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals; paid marketing includes but is not limited to: (IG, Facebook, YouTube, Streaming Services, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Audio). This role is also responsible for OOH advertising; therefore, experience managing this is preferred.
KOL selection & planning:
Levi’s works with Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”) who are creators, influencers, musicians, artists, and community members who make a difference in shaping our culture and match our brand values. Manage KOL selection with our PR agency, ensuring effective planning & spend of our KOL budget, and management of performance metrics. Support brand activations and showings which showcase our brand and product and drive brand heat, aligned to our strategic seasonal themes/campaigns.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and effective. Manage global campaign asset roll out, whilst also incorporating a local lens and content focus. Close monitoring of agency reporting, with the ability to ask questions and challenge spend.
Budget Management:
Manage your marketing budget and agency spend, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, understanding all stages of the funnel. Ongoing reporting to key stakeholders of spend/KPIs and strategy.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product, and content, to ensure alignment and effective marketing efforts. Work closely with our D2C Marketing Executive who manages: Affiliates, SEO, Google, CRM, SEM.
Staying Current:
Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Understand our brand identity, and ensure we showcase our brand whilst also staying current to evolving content trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly social media, and best practices.
* Experience with various digital marketing channels and tools and working with agencies.
* Analytical skills: to track and analyze campaign performance.
* Creative skills: to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
* Communication and interpersonal skills: to collaborate effectively with other teams.
* Project management skills: to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often required.
This role reports to Head of Marketing ANZ, working closely with our Direct to Consumer Marketing Executive who leads overall marketing across our D2C channels.
