Contract position - potential temp to perm | Inner Brisbane Suburbs | $37.66 + Super
Position Overview :
Gain valuable experience supporting project administration officers on current projects at a global leader in the elevator & escalator industry. You would be playing a pivotal role in supporting administration officers on current and new projects.
Key Responsibilities :
* Prepare site packs for new projects (printing, binding, filing, identifying documents)
* Raise POs and follow up with Site Manager / Project Manager for GR and payment
* Maintain and order office stationery
* Update and log uniform and PPE orders
* Other ad hoc administrative and project support tasks
Minimum Requirements :
* Minimum 2 years experience in an admin based role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in producing reports and documentation
* Background in white collar construction is desirable but not essential
* Sound computer literacy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
