The National is a world-class, private golf club, providing unique member experiences on four golf courses across two sites at Cape Schanck and Long Island.

The Role
The National Golf Club is looking to engage a full-time Membership Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the membership application process, including the integration to the Club, and assisting current members with associated tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Attend to prospective member enquiries and be a frontline contact for the current memberships.
2. Coordinate and oversee membership processes, including developing and maintaining a database of prospective members, and processing applications through to conversion.
3. Consistently apply the Club’s By-Laws, Rules, and internal policies during daily operations.
4. Act as a frontline contact with members.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and background:
1. Full understanding of the sales and business development process.
2. Administrative qualifications and/or experience.
3. A high degree of personal and corporate responsibility.
4. A demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects and workings of golf clubs share models.
5. A demonstrated ability to provide an intimate level of customer service and attention to clients.
6. Full working rights in Australia.
The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, display initiative, strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to work to deadlines, and act with professionalism at all times.
