Senior Project Marketing Manager Award-Winning NSW Property Developer Location: Sydney, Australia A leading NSW property developer is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Senior Project Marketing Manager to step up and take the lead in shaping marketing strategies for high-profile developments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing as their second-in-command (2IC), this role will allow you to drive your own outcomes across prestigious projects in the residential, commercial, Build-to-Rent (BTR), urban, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities: Act as the 2IC to the Head of Marketing, playing a critical role in leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury and mixed-use developments. Drive marketing outcomes across brand management, event coordination, and the setup and promotion of display suites, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand representation. Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to support project launches, sales objectives, and brand positioning, with a strong focus on luxury residential and commercial developments. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Development, and Design) to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with overall project goals and timelines. Manage relationships with third-party agencies, media outlets, and suppliers to execute successful campaigns and events that elevate the project's market presence. Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and content for display suites, ensuring premium branding and a cohesive narrative. Coordinate high-impact events that enhance project visibility and engage key stakeholders, potential buyers, and investors. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI on all campaigns and initiatives. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive marketing success across multiple project portfolios. Qualifications: Significant experience in marketing within the property development sector, particularly across luxury residential, commercial, BTR, and mixed-use projects in NSW. Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns, including brand management, events, and display suites. Experience working with third-party agencies, media, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes. Strong leadership skills, with experience serving in a senior marketing or 2IC capacity, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team. Expertise in digital marketing, branding, customer acquisition strategies, and event management. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior executives, project teams, and external partners.
