CAMHS Service Manager - Multiple Positions
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our CAMHS team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and promoting partnerships and integration across multiple teams, collaborating with government, non-government, private providers, consumers, and carers.
* Providing strategic leadership, governance, and expert advice to the CAMHS Executive on state-wide service provision.
* Partnering with Psychiatrists and Clinical Coordinators to manage and coordinate CAMHS multi-disciplinary teams.
* Overseeing line management, team procedures, and resource management to ensure safe, effective, and consistent practices.
* Supporting positive team performance and work cultures to achieve optimal client outcomes.
* Leading the development and implementation of service-wide policies for best practice in mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families.
* Working within national mental health policies and standards, aligning with the Vision and Values of WCHN.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, managing through change and ability to foster a workforce environment that develops staff potential.
* Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles in a multidisciplinary context.
* Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst working under minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to participate in and contribute to key decision-making processes at a senior level.
* Demonstrated ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability in the facilitation of change management.
