We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business
You will be responsible for
1. Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation.
2. Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health oues for claimants
3. Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful oues
4. Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
5. Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.

6. Excellent customer service andmunication skills
7. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
8. Time management skills and a proactive approach
9. Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
10. Understanding of apliance and target driven environment
11. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
12. Emotional intelligence
13. Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 3 years)
