Job Description
The Labour Standards Manager is responsible for 'gate-keeping' engineered labour standards and ensuring the continuous integrity of Workforce Management Systems' rostering demand lines.
* A highly valued Subject Matter Expert (SME) evaluating initiatives to support the annual productivity agenda and continuous improvement of the overall RT3 Labour Model solution.
* Ensures timely action on stores' feedback regarding the quality of rostering demand lines, maintaining continuous integrity and advocacy of the RT3 solution.
* Manages labour standards modelling and resets as required, either operationally or through simplification opportunities.
* Develops and supports labour standards delivery across defined areas of accountability within the productivity model.
* Project manages department reviews, leading a small team of contractors and/or Workforce Management Specialists/Analysts.
* Works closely with key workforce management partners and vendors to deliver engineered labour standards overlays.
* Collaborates with the National Productivity Systems team on developments and change where cross-team support is required.
* Partners with Workforce Management Solutions and external teams to deploy and embed new builds/propositions.
* Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to educate on the labour standards model and project life cycles.
* Guides disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately, and change is efficient and cost-effective.
