ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based nursing care; Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team; Ensuring patient and staff safety; Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members, Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care; Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs. REQUIREMENTS Current Registration with AHPRA; At least 5 years of experience in Perioperative Nursing; Post Graduate Certificate in related specialty area (or working towards); Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) (or working towards); Educator experience in a similar role; Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms; High degree of computer literacy including MS Office; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
