Purpose of this role Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of the Enterprise portfolio of projects and programs through the provision of project coordination, governance and operational support, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality assurance and document management.
Responsibilities Provide PMO support to Project and Program Managers by reducing the effort required for executing key processes, including but not limited to scheduling (setting up and managing schedules in Microsoft Project), reporting, preparing weekly/monthly status reports, tracking risks and issues (updating registers and reporting), taking meeting minutes, ensuring quality assurance, managing procurement (creating purchase requisitions in SAP), and facilitating communications.
Assist in coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process.
Identify and execute actions to enhance the quality of project/program delivery based on performance monitoring, reporting, and management information.
Assist in preparing cost forecasts, financial status reports, and cash flow analysis for the PMO.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Project Managers and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project/program objectives within the PMO framework.
Support the PMO stage-gate review process, conduct project health checks, audits, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements in project delivery.
Follow up with action item owners to ensure action items/registers are up to date and aligned with PMO reporting cycles.
Manage and maintain the document library for each project/program, ensuring proper document management and administration in SharePoint.
Develop ad hoc analytical and reporting activities as required (e.g., Excel, financial reports in SAP, or Power BI) to support PMO operations.
Contribute to PMO planning and strategic activities.
Qualifications Tertiary qualification in business/IT management, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
A relevant program management qualification (e.g., PM Accreditations including PRINCE2, PMBOK, AgilePM or similar qualification).
Skills & Experience 3+ years Project Coordinator experience working on projects/programs (either directly or in a PMO), ideally as a Project Coordinator or Portfolio/PMO Analyst or Consultant Experience with SAP EPPM, Microsoft Project Online or other project management tools Experience with reporting packages and Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI platform (desktop, service and query) Analysis of Project, Program and Portfolio reporting and developing meaningful and relevant insights and visualisations Experience in a program environment or a portfolio/program management office would be desirable If you are interested in this role, please apply now or contact ******
